December Wrap-Up

I’ve been putting off doing this wrap-up because I have a few last minute reviews I wanted to get in before the new year, but it’s not looking like it’s going to happen. Holidays were just too busy this year, and it’s going to have to wait until I’m home again.

Other than the craziness of the holidays, to the point where they almost weren’t any fun at all, this month went surprisingly well as far as reading is concerned. I participated in my first read-a-thon, Dreadlock Girl’s Read-Read-Read-a-Thon! of the 5th and that was a lot of fun. I also finished my first Reading Challenge, the Christmas Reading Challenge and that was a lot of fun too!

For the new year I'm looking at participating in my first bloggiesta, I'm also participating in my first read-a-long for the Lord of the Rings trilogy, starting with The Hobbit in January. Exciting stuff! I love all the new stuff I keep finding in the book blogging world.
